Study Purpose
To assess the safety and efficacy of a vasodilator combination consisting of hydralizine plus isosobide dinitrate in African American patients with advanced heart failure.
Condition Studied
- NYHA class III-IV heart failure
Study Participants
Self-identified African American patients with New York Heart Association class III and IV heart failure at 170 clinical research sites.
