ISHIB2008
ISHIB, along with the scientific co-chairs Sandra A. Harris-Hooker, PhD and Janice P. Lea, MD, invites you to participate in this annual CME activity. The scientific co-chairs have assembled a multidisciplinary planning committee dedicated to developing a challenging, clinically practical, educational and networking experience. The scientific program will feature 3 plenary sessions, 4 workshops, 7 symposia, and poster and oral abstracts of new research on cardiovascular disease and other issues of importance to ethnic minority health. The wide range of programming will include findings from the most recent clinical trials, to proven approaches for cardiovascular disease treatment and prevention, to sessions emphasizing behavioral techniques to help patients modify behaviors that affect health.
