Air Transportation
Low, promotional fares to New Orleans are available. Seats are limited and early bookings are recommended. Please contact Corporate Travel Planners and identify yourself as an ISHIB2008 attendee, for your discounted airfare. An itinerary, fare (including a $30 per ticket service fee), and booking policies will be faxed or emailed for approval prior to ticketing. Contact Corporate Travel Planners (CTP) at 800-810-2695. Ground Transportation
The Hotel is located just 15 miles from the New Orleans International Airport. Taxis cost estimate is $28 one-way to and from the airport.
Visa Requirements
Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a non-immigrant visa for a temporary stay. This "visitor" visa allows a person to enter the United States temporarily for business (B-1) or pleasure. Travelers from certain eligible countries may also be able to visit the United States without a visa on the Visa Waiver Pilot Program.
